Fullstack Team Lead ( Java + Angular) (offline)

We are seeking a Senior FullStack Developer / Team Leader to join our client, a leading European bank and a major player in global banking, operating across 72 countries. This role involves joining a newly established, advanced technology and development hub designed to consolidate top IT talents. The selected candidate will leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance a critical segment of the bank's operations – a comprehensive credit system serving global organizations.

Main Resposibilities:

→ Lead the development and enhancement of a scalable credit application system.

→ Serve as a Team Leader, guiding and mentoring the team.

→ Analyze user requirements, devise specifications, design, code, test, and implement systems in compliance with group standards and regulatory mandates.

→ Manage development and design initiatives using the Java Spring framework, ensuring comprehensive unit test coverage.

→ Execute project estimation and planning, providing proactive updates to management in Paris, India, and ISPL.

→ Adhere to project best practices and quality standards.

→ Operate independently on assigned tasks while also mentoring team members on both functional and technical aspects.

→ Participate in code reviews to maintain application quality and ensure regular maintenance and refactoring of applications.

Requirements:

→ A minimum of 5 years' experience as a FullStack Developer.

→ Proven expertise in Java 11+, JDK8+, Hibernate, JUnit, and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Security), along with RESTful microservices.

→ Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular 8+, JSON, XML, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

→ Demonstrated leadership experience with strong soft skills.

→ Familiarity with reactive programming (RxJS).

→ Proven track record in developing IT systems.

→ Proficiency in database management: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle.

→ A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and architectural principles, including web services (REST), APIs, micro-services, and infrastructure.

→ Exceptional communication abilities, advanced soft skills, and fluency in English.
