Account Manager (iGaming) Offline
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager in the iGaming sector, responsible for commercial communication and client management. In this role, you will help organize the preparation and signing of documents after the actual sale and monitor the timeliness of payments both from our side and from the client’s side. Handle a variety of company products, services, and solutions for an assigned group of existing clients and participate in delivering our partners the best service possible. The ideal candidate should have B2B sales experience and a desire to develop their career in the gaming industry.
Your Tasks:
- Commercial communication with clients and partners in the gaming industry
- Client support to ensure their needs are met and issues resolved
- Negotiation and signing of contracts with clients
- Monitoring rates and settlements
- Providing proper client support throughout the agreement execution process
- Continuous client support and addressing their inquiries
- Managing all details related to the day-to-day business
Our Criteria:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in a B2B company
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and its specifics is a significant advantage
- Highly organized and detail-oriented problem solver
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate level or higher)
