Team Lead PHP Developer (Laravel) Offline

Your position will include:

 

- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PHP developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Allocate team resources efficiently, set clear priorities, and ensure the professional growth of team members through effective mentorship and guidance;

- Technical Excellence: Drive the development of new features based on a collaborative backlog, contributing best development practices and excellent code quality. Demonstrate expertise in designing and evolving enterprise architecture, including microservices and cloud-native solutions;

- Performance Optimization: Establish and maintain profiling and monitoring processes for enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance. Responsible for identifying bottlenecks, conducting code refactoring, and managing a technical backlog to improve application efficiency and reliability continuously;

- Migration and Scalability: Lead efforts in migrating monolith applications to a microservice architecture, ensuring applications are scalable across multiple regions. Utilize your experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SQL tuning, and optimization to enhance system performance and resilience;

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to ensure alignment and integration of PHP applications with other systems and technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to conduct demos and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

What we expect from the candidate:

 

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in PHP development, with a deep understanding of PHP and Laravel framework;

- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with proven ability to manage and develop a team of developers;

- Strong experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS;

- Familiarity with microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and SQL tuning and optimization;

- Knowledge of HTTP, REST, WebSocket, API integrations, and experience with Golang, Postgres, analytical databases, and BI tools;

- Basic understanding of Linux, Nginx, and Docker.
