Senior Sales Manager/Client HUNTER (located only in USA) Offline

We are looking for a specifically only for an experienced and goal-oriented Hunter in the IT services area (Healthcare domain), who is ready to constantly strive for self-improvement, stay in motion, achieve set targets, never settle, and consistently deliver impactful results.

To thrive in this role, we’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 6+ years of Sales management experience and a strong background in the outsourcing IT industry.

 

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in selling services, preferably in the IT sector, with a focus on the Healthcare domain

- Understanding of the IT industry and services, knowledge of the Healthcare domain and its specificities

- Possession of a well-established network of contacts in the relevant areas for work

- Experience in working with corporate clients (analyzing the business of corporate clients and identifying their needs)

- Willingness to travel for meetings and promote the company's services at various events and in different regions

- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively

- Willingness to set ambitious goals, strive to achieve them, and not settle for mediocrity

 

Responsibilities:

- Active and Continuous New business hunting and searching for new clients

- Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the target industry and market

- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present company solutions

- Travel to meet clients in various regions, ensuring a strong presence in the target market

- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand connections and build relationships with potential clients

- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and quotations to secure new business deals

- Work closely with the legal team to facilitate contract preparation and signing

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market development

- Use market insights to adapt strategies and identify opportunities for growth
