What You Bring:

✔️ 6+ months of Support/CSR experience

✔️ Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English proficiency

✔️ Residency in Europe or Central/Western Ukraine

✔️ Customer-centric mindset with a knack for relationship-building

✔️ Track record of exceeding targets and SLAs in a fast-paced setting

✔️ Strong analytical and multitasking skills

✔️ Ability to proactively identify and solve problems
