βοΈ Track record of exceeding targets and SLAs in a fast-paced setting
βοΈ Strong analytical and multitasking skills
βοΈ Ability to proactively identify and solve problems

π CRM experience (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
π Familiarity with Billing/Technical matters
