I'm Vika, a recruiter at CRMiUM, one of Ukraine's largest multi-system integrators specializing in CRM and ERP systems. We assist businesses in automating their processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Currently, we're seeking a Full Stack Team Lead (React, Node.js) to streamline our development department.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Team Lead, you will manage a development team (approximately 10 people) and provide mentorship. This includes liaising with business analysts, project managers, and department heads. Your responsibilities will involve drafting coding standards, conducting code reviews to ensure quality, coordinating team activities on GitHub, designing project architectures, and collaborating with the department head on application development and deployment for marketplaces. Additionally, you'll be responsible for onboarding new team members and fostering the growth of existing ones.

Technical Skills Required:

1.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges.

2.Profound understanding of development principles and best practices such as DRY and TDD.

3.Comprehensive knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, DNS, HTML, CSS, etc.).

4.Ability to write efficient, secure, reusable, and well-documented code with automated test coverage.

5.Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js, Angular, Vue, Svelte, etc.) and node.js backend frameworks (NestJS, Loopback, Adonis, Ts.ED, etc.).

6.Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including management, optimization, and schema design (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).

7.Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

1.Experience with CRM/ERP systems or business automation platforms (Creatio, Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).

2.Upper-Intermediate level English language proficiency.
