Support Manager

We are a fast-growing and progressive company. GrainTrack product is a CTRM for managing business processes of grain traders: counterparties, supply chain, logistics, payments and documents.

We are currently looking for a very energetic and ambitious Support Manager to help us develop our product.

 

Key skills:

- Education: Economics, accounting, business, finance

- Excellent knowledge of Excel or 1C.

- Experience with CRM system.

- Ability to learn quickly and understand complex concepts.

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, pain points and work effectively with them.

- English language proficiency at Π’2 level.

 

Skills that are desirable but not required:

- Experience in customer support, account management, project management, or integration into CRM and ERP systems.

- A desire for self-development and learning.

- Sincerity and openness.

 

Your responsibilities:

- Support of clients from different countries.

- Opportunity to grow in the direction of business analysis.

- Collaborate with developers.

- Test tasks and contribute to product development.

- Manage tasks in Notion.

- Participate in daily meetings and define work plans.

- Write documentation and provide ongoing support.
