Chief Product Officer

We are seeking a Chief Product Officer join our MD Finance team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capabilities, product management expertise and a deep commitment to Sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine the product plan, aligned with business needs and market demands.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand trends, identify opportunities, and position products competitively.
- Drive the financial performance of product lines, ensuring robust monetary growth and sustained profitability.
- Lead market expansion initiatives, tailoring products to new demographics and regulatory landscapes.
- Prioritize product backlog based on business needs.
- Manage the product team, guiding plan implementation and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Gather customer insights for business growth, directly engaging with customers to inform product growth.
- Collaborate with department heads and local offices, aligning product strategies with company objectives and local market needs.

Expected Results:
- Boost customer engagement metrics, showcasing success in increasing user activation and retention.
- Expand into the Mexican market and prepare for further international growth.
- Maintain a prioritization process to focus on essential business changes, enhancing product value and impact.

Professional Qualifications:
- 6+ years in within Product Management, showcasing a history of impactful decisions and improvements.
- 3+ year in leadership roles in Product Management.
- In-depth experience in user research, analytics, and experimentation, with hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of unit economics, monetization strategies, and the capability to swiftly adapt to varying business models.
- Track record of driving product growth in international markets, demonstrating agility and compliance in diverse regulatory environments.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, complemented by exceptional communication and team leadership skills.
- Solid experience in team management, talent acquisition, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

- Worked in rapidly growing product companies, demonstrating a proven track record of contributing to significant growth
- Background in growth roles within product teams, familiar with fast-paced scaling and iterative development processes.
- Previous fintech experience
