Head of PPC
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive user acquisition strategies with a focus on effective performance.
- Manage advertising campaigns across Google.
- Oversee a monthly advertising budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Achieve and maintain a positive ROAS, constantly optimizing for performance.
- Analyze market trends and user behavior to continually refine and adapt acquisition tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals.
- Report on key metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
Expected Results:
- Developed an efficient strategy for increasing share of paid traffic via Google ads within planned kpi's
- Completed the competitive analysis with the result: defined the most profitable keyword structure, needed quantity and params of landing pages / additional sites
- CAC (Ro) is not higher than previously achieved
Professional Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in user acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and achieving positive ROAS.
- Solid knowledge of different campaign types and advertising best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional:
- Experience of working as a team leader is advantage.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok etc. is advantage.
