Account Manager/System Administrator

Requirements:

โ Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with proxies, VPNs, and networking tools is a big plus
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing LinkedIn and/or Upwork accounts
- Previous work with Upwork, LinkedIn outreach, or freelance platforms
- Interest in account creation, setup, and searching for talent to run the accounts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow multiple Upwork accounts (including creating and maintaining new ones)
- Assist in finding and onboarding people to operate LinkedIn and Upwork accounts
- Conduct basic outreach and communication with potential clients under guidance
- Monitor account activity and ensure consistent engagement
- Support lead generation efforts and help transition qualified leads to sale
