Project manager (offline)

Hello! We are Cleveroad, and we are looking for a talented Project Manager who can effectively manage a team, has strong leadership qualities, is keen on proactive decision-making, and is eager to work to achieve results.

Our requirements:
- Work experience — from 1 years and more.
- Spoken English level not lower than — Pre Intermediate/Intermediate.
- Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
- Understanding the web/mobile development life cycle and project planning.
- Readiness to work from the office in Dnipro.

It will be your advantage:
- Basic understanding of presale/up-sales mechanisms.
- Technical knowledge in Web/Mobile development.

Your responsibilities:
- Communication with team.
- Team management and coordination between team participants (distribution of workload by task, timely distribution of available resources).
- Preparation and definition of project scopes, schedule, budget, and resource plans based on approved team composition.
- Ensuring a transparent work process for all parties involved.
- Defining project criteria and development strategies to meet requirements and ensure the highest quality of the project.
- Control of the change management process.
- Control of the development to ensure its compliance with the budget project and deadlines.
- Usage of various methods of risk management and control.
