Strong Junior/Middle UI/UX Designer (offline)

Pecode is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (not freelance!)
- Advanced user of Figma and Sketch
- Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude to any assigned task
- Ability to estimate needed time and prioritize design tasks
- Analysis of requirements/business goals and their integration into the project
- Good knowledge of the latest design patterns and best practices
- Ability to work productively in a team, actively participate in design reviews
- Experience in communication with clients and development teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (will be a plus)
- Animation skills or Graphic Design (will be a plus)

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborating effectively with clients, sales, and teammates
- Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
- Creating designs by understanding business requirements
- Developing and improving user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Incorporating client’s feedback into the design
- Taking part in the pre-sale process
- Demonstrate, suggest, and discuss best practices with clients
- Organizing and running Workshops/Team sharings for the Design Team
