QA Lead

Core responsibilities:

 

80% individual QA; 20% QA leadership/coordination.

 

â—ŹAnalyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth.

â—ŹDevelop strategies to improve the production process.

â—ŹProviding training to individuals who handle the product.

â—ŹMake sure whether the product goes through auditing and testing.

â—ŹMake sure whether all the standards are met and review thoroughly the existing policies and standards.

●Review the organization’s process to ensure whether they align with the current policies.

â—ŹFormulate timely reports and documentation to track progress.

â—ŹIdentify the training requirements to meet the quality standards.

â—ŹDevelop and monitor corrective measures.

â—ŹMake documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities.

â—ŹPlan, conduct, and monitor the test, and inspecting the products to ensure its quality.

â—ŹTake a look at customer complaints.

â—ŹAnalyze the data to find the areas for improvement.

â—ŹOther duties as required.

 

Qualifications required:

 

â—ŹExperience in manual testing 3+ years of complex browser based applications.

●Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.

â—ŹProven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role.

â—ŹThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.

â—ŹExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.

â—ŹExperience in manual testing of complex browser based applications.

â—ŹExperience in Scrum Agile.

â—ŹExperience in working with EU/US clients.

â—ŹStrong organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles as organizational demands.

â—ŹHave superb people and management skills and ability to interact with peers, senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders.
