Tech Support Engineer (Shopify app) to $1300 Offline

Full-time long-term job.

Full remote/or hybrid/or office.

Standard working day ~10.00 - 19.00 (+-hour) Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

- Previous experience with web-technologies/e-commerce/QA/apps tech support - 1+ year

- Technical education

- Written and spoken English (B2)

- Analytical mindset

- Client-oriented, proactive, stress-resistant

- High level of communication, ready for a lot of communication

- Willingness to learn quickly, and work in a team.

Main responsibilities:

- Application user support: correspondence, chats, audio/video calls

- Helping customers in setting up the application

- Detailed study of our products and market

- Participating in improving our products by interacting with customers, developers and the support team.

1. Short logic task + Intro-call with recruiter (up to 30 mins)

2. Manager Interview (~45 mins)

3. Test-task (few hours)

4. Interview with CEO (~45 mins)
