Project Manager / Business Analyst

Position duties

— Participation in meetings with stakeholders and preparation of follow ups;

— Organization and evaluation of work;

— Organization and control of teamwork;

— Managing project tasks in Jira;

— Monitoring the status of the project, processes, and deadlines for completing tasks;

— Presentation to stakeholders of demo versions, prototypes;

— Communication with other project managers with indirect teams;

— Forecasting and leveling risks associated with the development of projects and teams;

— Make customers happy.

Our requirements

— Commercial work experience from 3 years;

— Knowledge of the PM methodology - Scrum, Kanban;

— Possession of communication skills;

— Ability to organize and motivate the team;

— Experience in Jira;

— Experience in writing documentation (terms of reference and project documentation);

— Experience in evaluating and assigning tasks;

— Success-oriented and result-oriented person.

Additional skills

— Education in project management;

— Experience with e-health projects;

— Work experience with international projects;

— Scrum certifications;

— English level Upper-Intermediate+.
