Big Data Architect Offline

Job Description:

We are in search of a seasoned Big Data Architect with expert-level skills in Power BI, coupled with strong leadership abilities to head a small team. The role involves client presales, hands-on solution implementation, conducting discoveries, engaging with business stakeholders, and designing and documenting solutions, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of data professionals. Mentor team members, oversee their work for quality and efficiency, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Client Presales and Consultation: Engage in presales activities, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of Power BI and big data solutions. Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.

End-to-End Solution Implementation: Oversee and participate in the complete implementation process of big data solutions, ensuring the effective use of Power BI.

Discovery and Analysis: Lead discovery sessions to capture client requirements and translate them into actionable data strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business stakeholders to align data solutions with business goals. Effectively communicate complex data concepts.

Solution Design and Documentation: Architect scalable and robust big data solutions. Document the architecture and processes comprehensively for reference and team use.

Ensuring Best Practices: Maintain high standards in data management and analytics. Stay updated with the latest trends in big data and Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years in a Architect role, with a focus on Power BI.

Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

Strong background in client presales, solution implementation, and stakeholder management.

Expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and business intelligence technologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience with cloud platforms  (Azure, Hybrid).
