Business Analyst Offline

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodology

• Critical and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail

• 1+ year of experience with Jira or similar project management tools. Experience with Azure DevOps would be a significant plus

• Excellent communication skills, with an upper-intermediate level of English (written primarily)

• Self-discipline and the ability to work independently

• Ability to be a team player and effectively collaborate with diverse teams and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gathering and organizing requirements

• Writing and maintaining product documentation

• Preparing user stories and their accompanying acceptance criteria

• Regularly clarifying requirements with the development team (both verbally and in writing)

• Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies

• Conducting acceptance testing

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements.
