Senior C++ Software Engineer (offline)

The team specializes in open source technology that allows automakers and the broader industry to deliver location-enabled client services in a secure, cost-effective, and scalable manner. Our Open Location Platform enables businesses to enrich their offerings with location data, using powerful machine-learning techniques to process data on the server and client.

As a member of the engineering team, your key responsibilities are to:
Design and develop software embedded platforms and participates in full software lifecycle from requirements to production deployment and support of next-generation connected vehicle products.
Support the development and launch of the new and enhanced vehicle connected services.
Develop and direct software system test procedures, programming, and documentation.
Review code and design.
Analyze and improve the efficiency and stability of system resources.
Consult with customer concerning requirements and/or maintenance of software system.
Assess third party and open source software.

Requirements:
We are looking forward to hear about your experience in developing portable C++ applications and libraries:
• 5-8 years as a professional software engineer
• You have extensive application and library programming experience in C++, including C++11
• You have experience developing portable code for compilation targeting in iOS and Android environments
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
