About the Web Analytics team:
The Web Analytics team is part of the Demand Generation department. We contribute significantly to initiatives across all stages, from conception to execution, making us a crucial part of the process. Taking ownership of projects, we ensure they materialize into tangible products that drive results. Working closely with product data, we derive actionable insights to optimize performance and user experience.
We are now looking for a Web Analyst to contribute to our product, DocHub. You will work closely with product data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance and user experience.
What you’ll be working on:
- Overseeing web tracking for the DocHub product
- Configuring GA4 events, events for various advertising systems (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other third-party vendors’ pixels) via Google Tag Manager or by writing specifications for developers
- Creating custom user audiences based on web data
- Writing specifications for offline conversions and offline audiences in Google\Bing Ads
- Ensuring data quality and completeness
- Supporting colleagues on web tracking-related issues and questions
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to achieve maximum results
- Identifying anomalies in data collection, urgent breakdowns with subsequent rapid fixes
Technology Stack:
- GA4: primary tool for behavioral data collection
- Google Tag Manager to manage marketing scripts and not rely on developers
- Server-side tagging: basic understanding of how server-side tracking works, using server-side GTM container
- BigQuery: utilizing the native connector for exporting raw GA4 data
- AWS Services: Redshift, S3, Glue, QuickSight

What we expect from you:
- 3 years of experience in the Web Analytics field
- Understanding of data collection, storage, and transmission from a technical perspective
- Understanding of how the GA4 measurement protocol works
- Deep understanding of data scopes, their differences, and which metrics/dimensions relate to each scope (events, sessions, users, customers).
- Familiarity with BI data visualization systems (Looker Studio, MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Basic SQL skills (working with GA4 data schema in BigQuery + Amazon Redshift subsequently).
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript skills (for working in Google Tag Manager + using Developer Tools in the browser).
- Ability to write specifications for developers (custom dataLayer events, offline conversions, and audiences).
- Ability to learn new tools “on the fly” (relying on Google and documentation) and share acquired experience with colleagues.

Would be a plus:
- Experience with mobile app analytics (AppsFlyer/Firebase)
- Basic knowledge of Python
- Experience with APIs (primarily Google services: GA4, Google Ads)
- Experience setting up GTM Server Side
- Experience configuring Consent Mode, minimizing legal risks and data loss
