We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist with a strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience working with Transformers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and connecting application workloads with LLMs.

Key Responsibilities:

NLP Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in the field of Natural Language Processing, with a deep understanding of both traditional and state-of-the-art NLP techniques.

Transformer Models: Possess hands-on experience working with Transformer models, understanding their architecture, and optimizing their performance for specific tasks.

LLM Utilization: Apply knowledge of Large Language Models, such as prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques, to develop innovative solutions and enhance model capabilities for diverse applications.

Application Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical model development and real-world applications by effectively integrating LLMs into practical workloads and solving complex problems.

Reinforcement Learning (Advantage): Experience in Reinforcement Learning will be considered a significant advantage. The ability to apply RL techniques to enhance model performance and adapt to dynamic environments is highly desirable.

Skills:

2+ Years of experience

Programming proficiency in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
