Head of Retention

We are a group of companies that has been operating globally since 2020. We are represented on the market by several sports and casino brands. Over the past year, we have successfully doubled our scale and received the Best Sportsbook Operator award at the SiGMA Awards. We are currently continuing to develop actively and are recruiting for the following Head of Retention.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Passionate about Igaming, betting and casino industry or sports,

At least 2year of experience in Performance Marketing/Igaming.

Practical knowledge of all typical bonus mechanics, bonus policy, performance marketing, and ads management in Igaming will be a great plus.

Experience within the gambling industry is a strong plus;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Strong analytical thinking;

Good organizational skills, goal orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial;

Able to manage content and maintain a large quantity of assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating and managing triggers, roadmaps, campaigns.

Set up and maintain cross promotion framework, processes and best practice guidelines;

Plan and implement cross promotion retention strategies;

Report regularly on performance of retention campaigns.
