As our team continues to expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Email Marketing Manager eager to take on challenging tasks.

 

Qualifications:

β€” Successful cases of email marketing campaigns (generated hot leads/clients), preferably in the US/UK/Canadian markets

β€” 2+ years of experience as an email marketing specialist/manager: in an agency or company (not as a freelance)

β€” English β€” professional working proficiency

β€” Understanding of strategies and principles of communication with an English-speaking audience via email (preferably in the US/UK/Canadian markets)

β€” Understanding of interaction with the database: division into groups, creation of groups, statuses of contacts, search and deletion of duplicates

β€” Active using services for working with mailings

β€” Experience in interaction with tools for B2B Clients: LinkedinSales Navigator, Reply.io, Snov.io, etc.

β€” Experience in conducting A/B tests

β€” Proactivity, self-organized and detail-oriented

 

Key Responsibilities:

β€” Generating leads from email campaigns

β€” Work with large databases of contacts

β€” Develop and implement the company’s email marketing strategy (cold outreach)

β€” Create/lead email campaigns and communication chains for different segments

β€” Generating ideas and driving A/B tests of communication chains

β€” Collect analytics (opening, clickability, etc.), analysis of mailing results, and create reports

β€” Search for solutions to improve the effectiveness of email marketing (analysis of the market, trends, competitors, etc.)

β€” Close interaction with lead generation, sales, and content marketing teams
