The IT firm specializing in VoIP solutions is developing an innovative call center application. The company prides itself on fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment as it pioneers applying VoIP expertise to call center settings. The newest application aims to leverage cutting-edge analytics and communication technologies to significantly enhance call routing, customer profiling, agent training and other key functions.

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

-Utilize C# and .Net to contribute to the core application development.

-Work on the Uno platform to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences.

I-mplement and maintain databases using Postgres SQL and MySQL.

-Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

-Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application components.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on C# and .Net.

-Strong proficiency in XAML.

-Solid database experience with Postgres SQL and MySQL.

-Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Will be a plus
