Team Lead React Developer Offline

As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead React Developer to join us in Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of React developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the end-to-end development of web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise in frontend development, including best practices, coding standards, and emerging technologies.

- Participate in architectural and design discussions, making informed decisions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in React.js and related technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into the development process.

- Actively contribute to the overall software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a React.js developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

- Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role, guiding a team of developers.

- In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles, with proficiency in state management (e.g., Redux, MobX).

- Strong understanding of modern frontend build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development.

- Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
