Responsibilities:
Develop user-space applications for the Video/Audio Conferencing/Streaming solutions.
Drive architecture and execute software and hardware with cross-functional teams.
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
Write well-structured, testable, efficient, and maintainable code.
Requirements:
6+ years of software development experience on embedded Android systems, specifically in A/V streaming;
Excellent C++ and Java coding skills;
A solid understanding of video and audio streaming protocols (RTP, RTSP, etc.), codecs (H.264/H265, VP9, etc.);
Experience with Video4Linux;
Experience and comprehensive knowledge of GStreamer is a must;
Experience with audio/video or graphics software systems (Android Audio/Surface Flinger, VAAPI, ffmpeg, etc.).
Experience with Android HAL is not required; expertise and knowledge of AOSP must be within the service.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and independent contributor.
Experience in networking protocols, TCP, UDP, and HTTP.
