Responsibilities:

– Manage and develop the key strategic regional/national customers (business negotiations, e-mailing, signing the contracts, etc.);

– Continuously cultivate growth opportunities with existing key customers (X-selling);

– Be responsible for driving the profit contribution according to budget/sales strategy;

– Ensure and maintain quality account business information in CRM tools for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, account performance, etc;

– Understand the customer’s business environment, strategies, and needs, and provide the best solution to support their business;

– Cooperate with all related departments and colleagues locally and globally;

– Be ready for business trips.

 

Requirements:

– To have a minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding in international companies;

– To have practical knowledge of import & export operations (mostly on LAND);

– To be able to handle business from sales to operations;

– To be self-driven and a good team player;

– To take initiative & responsibility;

– To have excellent English skills β€” both verbal and written (not less than upper intermediate level);

- To have a driving license β€” B.
