Responsibilities:

Organization of the testing team’s workflow (manual + auto);

Hiring staff and managing the testing team;

Experience in building processes for conducting various types of testing: functional, regression, integration, system, UX;

Writing regulations for the quality control department;

Definition:

testing goals, testing level;

test data requirements;

tools to achieve testing goals;

environmental and software requirements necessary to achieve testing goals.

Risk analysis and development of a risk reduction plan;

Coordination of testing methods and methods;

Participation in requirements review together with the analyst and project manager to identify missing requirements;

Analysis of requirements to eliminate incorrectly formulated ones;

Review of test cases;

Development and maintenance of test case requirements traces;

Estimation of testing timeframes;

Load distribution between testers;

Monitoring and adjusting the testing team’s workflow, monitoring the progress of test tasks;

Control of the testing process (including deadlines);

Creation and provision of testing progress reports, including analysis of actual and planned states;

Providing information about the problem to identify and correct it;

Monitoring the timing of defect correction;

Ability to organize work on a product together with related teams.

Requirements:

More than 2 years of experience as a QA lead. Experience in the banking sector will be a plus;

Experience in building a testing process from scratch;

ability to use JIRA, planning and estimating task deadlines;

Expert level of proficiency in test analysis and test design techniques;

Experience in developing a test strategy and test plan, ability to identify dependencies and risks, sufficiency of resources;

Creation and approval of documents regulating the organization of testing work for the software being developed;

Experience in developing operational, functional, final reports necessary for testing a product and complex integration IT solution;

Ability to determine the impact of a defect on all affected test scenarios.
