About Us:

Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with our development teams, ranging from 7 to 10 members, in the creation of backend services using Java.

-Utilize a Scrum-inspired methodology, participating in daily standups, code reviews, and contributing to a well-established CI pipeline.

-Work closely with vendors to augment teams with specific development competences, ensuring optimal project allocation.

-Potentially scale up teams in response to high demand, strategically increasing velocity and reducing time to market.

Requirements:

-Strong proficiency in Java programming language, including knowledge of JEE components and architecture.

-In-depth knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other related modules for building enterprise-level applications.

-Extensive experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between microservices.

-Understanding of SOA principles and practices to design and implement services that are modular, reusable, and interoperable.

-Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes for managing and scaling containerized applications.

-Knowledge of message brokers like Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ for building scalable and decoupled communication between services.

-Proficiency in English (spoken and written), equivalent to Cambridge English C1 or C2. Certificates are preferred.

-Demonstrable clean criminal record.

-Access to a confidential area for Teams meetings, ensuring the security of client information.
