Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist with Adobe Commerce ( Magento ) Experience Offline

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Specialist with strong Magento experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of multiple Magento-based e-commerce platforms through rigorous testing, analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in QA methodologies and extensive experience with Magento.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of Magento-based websites, including functional, system, regression, and performance testing.

Issue Identification and Documentation: Identify, document, and report bugs and issues while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.

Quality Standards Maintenance: Ensure that all release deliveries meet the highest quality standards and comply with best practices.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies, incorporating automation where possible.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, project management, and customer service teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and fixes.

Release Management: Assist in managing the release process for new updates and features, ensuring smooth rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA, with specific experience in testing Magento e-commerce platforms.

Proficient in various forms of testing including manual, automated, and performance testing.

Strong understanding of Magento architecture and its integration with other systems.

Experience with QA tools and software for bug tracking and test management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Adobe Commerce Certification is highly desirable.

Experience in automated testing tools and frameworks.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
