Required skills:

- 1+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to work closely with design teams.
- English B2 or upper.

Additional skills:

- Experience with A/B testing and other user testing methodologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
- Work closely with development teams, providing guidance and direction throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive product launches, including coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and communicate product updates and progress effectively.
