Data Analyst (GIS Data, Data LX) $2000-3000 Offline

Description of the project:

We seek two experienced Data Managers specializing in GIS Data and Data LX. The role involves maintaining and updating critical data sets, such as GIS data, ensuring their accuracy and currency. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and effective communication skills to gather information from various internal and external sources.

Mandatory condition (candidates without this will not be considered):

• Experience in geo-information structures

• German not lower than Upper-Intermediate

Your qualification:

• Proven experience in data management, particularly with GIS data. Preference for candidates with experience in ArcGIS

• Strong communication skills in German, necessary for gathering information from various sources

• Detail-oriented approach to data management and an ability to work independently

• Familiarity with data management principles and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Geoinformatics, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update GIS data, prioritizing data accuracy and reliability

• Oversee the maintenance and tracking of existing data sets, ensuring they are always up-to-date

• Acquire necessary information from different internal and external departments requiring proficiency in German

• Efficiently maintain data within our systems, guaranteeing integrity and accessibility

• Collaborate with various teams to enhance data quality and usability
