Tech Lead Backend (NodeJS) Offline

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead Backend with expertise in NodeJS to join our dynamic team.

As a Tech Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our gaming platform, leveraging your strong knowledge of architecture and Kubernetes to drive innovative solutions and ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our systems.

Responsibilities

- Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using NodeJS.

- Architect, design, and implement complex solutions that meet the needs of our gaming platform while ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Front-End Developers, DevOps, and Product Managers to drive the development process and ensure seamless integration of backend services.

- Take ownership of technical challenges, provide expertise, and offer innovative solutions to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Requirements

- Extensive experience (6+ years) as a Senior Backend Developer with a strong focus on NodeJS development in a production environment.

- In-depth understanding of software architecture principles and hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable backend systems.

- Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization technologies to manage and orchestrate backend services effectively.

- Strong knowledge of Front End technologies such as React (nice to have) and their integration with backend systems.

- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, providing architectural guidance, and driving best practices.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
