Bot Developer

Our product Lezo is an innovative, early-stage startup that's committed to revolutionizing the job matching industry through our AI-powered career platform.

We are seeking a skilled Bot Developer to join our team and take the lead in enhancing and expanding our existing Telegram chatbot. The successful candidate will be responsible for rewriting the current no-code system-based chatbot, adding new features, and integrating it seamlessly with messaging platforms. This role will involve working closely with a full-stack developer to ensure synchronization with our web service and shared databases.

Responsibilities:

Chatbot Development:

Rewrite and enhance the existing Telegram chatbot on a no-code system, incorporating new features and functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine the chatbot's capabilities.
Integration and Connectivity:

Connect the chatbot to messaging platforms, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience on Telegram.
Work in parallel with the full-stack developer to integrate the chatbot with our web service and shared databases.
Database Integration:

Collaborate with the full-stack developer to establish a shared database, ensuring seamless data synchronization between the chatbot and web service.
Implement strategies for efficient data handling and retrieval within the chatbot.
Feature Development:

Propose and implement new features to enhance the chatbot's functionality and user engagement.
Conduct regular testing and debugging to maintain optimal performance.
Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly chatbot experience.
Collaborate with the full-stack developer to align the chatbot's development with the overall web service objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in chatbot development, with a focus on enhancing existing systems.
Proficiency in programming languages relevant to chatbot development (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
Familiarity with no-code systems and their application in chatbot development.
Experience with database integration and synchronization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
