As a Senior Flutter Engineer, you will join a passionate team, leading the designs of the next generation of feature-rich, business-essential platforms. The client offers an opportunity to mentor engineers and help them design for stability, performance, and scalability across services or clients while rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on with various code bases.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will work with diverse remote teams. The client is located in NYC but has a remote-first culture, and this is a remote role.

What You Will Be Working On:

🔹 Develop our client's App to seamlessly onboard new customers and manage their virtual profiles.

🔹 Build and enhance our smart business card platform, connecting members with prospective leads.

🔹 Support large enterprise customers by integrating their HR systems for seamless onboarding and managing employees’ business cards.

Responsibilities:

🔸 Develop large-scale, feature-rich Flutter applications for both mobile and web platforms.

🔸 Implement and advocate for micro front-ends architecture and RESTful API design.

🔸 Lead technical projects from planning to execution, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

🔸 Responsible for automated end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability and quality of applications.

🔸 Implement the design system in Flutter, ensuring consistent and appealing UI/UX across all platforms.

🔸 Work closely with partners, product managers, and designers to tackle challenging problems and deliver innovative solutions.

🔸 Mentor and coach new or junior engineers, guiding them in technical and professional growth.

🔸 Continuously improve our software systems, focusing on fault tolerance and scalability.

Requirements:

🔹 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on front-end development.

🔹 Expertise in Flutter, Dart, and other relevant technologies for mobile and web development.

🔹 Proven experience in implementing SOLID principles and engineering best practices.

🔹Familiarity with Node.js, Express, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and GCP is preferred.

🔹 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

🔹 Excellent leadership skills and experience in mentoring and coaching junior engineers.
