We are currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer from Kyiv to join our team and contribute to ensuring the quality of our client’s products.

 

Responsibilities:

-Working knowledge of functional and non-functional software testing, the software test life cycle, and various test design methodologies (function, performance, accessibility, scenario etc.).

-Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

-Test current products to identify, isolate, and track defects.

-Evaluate and enhance the overall testing strategy, including the creation of automated tests, to maintain high code quality.

-Ensure products meet business and technical requirements, and customer expectations, as well as performance and reliability standards.

 

Requirements:

-1+ years of related professional experience as a QA Automation Engineer.

-Experience with test automation using scripting programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

-Proficiency in working with at least one testing framework, such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

-Proficient in writing test cases, developing automated scripts, and utilizing automation tool frameworks and maintaining test data sets.

-Experience with load and performance testing, including design, development, implementation, and reporting.

-Ability to evaluate and enhance the overall testing strategy and code quality.

-Intermediate English level.

 

Nice to Have:

-Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with popular CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.

-Experience in security testing and knowledge of security testing tools and best practices.

-Active participation in open-source testing projects or contributions to the testing community.
