Carrier Relations Manager Offline

We are seeking a skilled VoIP Carrier Relations Manager with a minimum of 2 years experience in the telecommunications industry (Voice).

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and emerging trends, coupled with good communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous). This role requires a proactive individual capable of maintaining strong relationships with carriers to optimize our VoIP service.

 

Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential VoIP Carriers to enhance our service offerings and expand market reach;

- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and strategize on market positioning;

- Negotiate and finalize Carrier agreements, focusing on terms beneficial to both parties;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and service delivery;

- Monitor performance metrics, analyze Carrier performance, and address any service-related issues promptly;

- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence in all carrier relationships;

- Prepare and present reports on carrier performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvements;

 

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in VoIP (Voice) or telecommunications carrier relations;

- In-depth knowledge of the VoIP market, including industry trends and global/regional key players;

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus;

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;

- Proficiency in analyzing data and drawing actionable insights;

- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with carriers and internal teams;

 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools;

- Certifications in telecommunications or related fields;
