QA Engineer (manual) (D) Offline

These products are focused on the development and delivery of HMI for headunit inside the automotive area. For being able to fulfill the customer expectations we need additional experienced automation QAs. You will work in a challenging environment with intercultural and international teams where the company culture and language is a mix of German and English. In this role you will be part of the HMI development Team for premium OEM.

Responsibilities:

This position requires a highly-motivated individual with strong problem solving, and technical skills. The prime duty is to ensure the successful delivery of a quality product by writing and execution tests on a daily basis.

Detailed responsibilities:

- Perform Functional, regression, performance and integration testing

- Analyze requirements

- Test cases design, improvement, optimization and execution

- Active participation in test coverage expansion and testing process improvements

- Run and analyze automation system and performance tests

- Assembling the test environment and updating HW

Mandatory Skills:

- Excellent performance

- Understanding of software development and testing processes

- Understanding of testing methodologies

- Test analysis i.e. ability to design test cases using different test techniques

- Good understanding in electrical engineering

- Experience with assembling and programming ECUs

- Good knowledge of Linux OS

- Written and spoken English

- Proactive and able to work independently

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- UI testing experience

- Experience in automotive

- Experience with Python

- Experience with C#
