Project Manager Offline

Project, Technologies, Team Details:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team of 500+ professionals to help us digitalize governments and make public services more accessible.

P2H teams are strategically located in the largest cities of Ukraine and Poland.

As a Project Manager, you will shape processes and make things happen!

Who are we?

P2H is a global software development and consulting company focused on complex, high-load, easy-scalable web solutions for Enterprise and Government clients. Solutions we deliver support and sustain the transitions societies and countries go through.

P2H invests significant efforts in understanding the local environment and specific domains to ensure the projects go live on time.

We take on and release the projects given up previously due to a shortage of local workforce and a lack of able vendors.

What you’ll be working on:

For the past 6 years, we have been developing an ecosystem of E-government products for a foreign client.

Currently, there are 6 large platforms and 15+ scrum teams developing products based on these platforms. Each of the platforms is an electronic cabinet with a set of electronic services that allow both citizens and ex-pats to communicate effectively with the state.

Hundreds of people use these products every minute and the number of users is only growing.

Become a part of the highly-skilled Agile Project Management team — around 20+ Agile PMs of Middle, Senior, and Lead seniority.

As a Project Manager, you will lead up to 2 projects simultaneously or 1 big one — depending on the workload. Be sure we always take care of a well-balanced and comfortable workload.

We form full-fledged scrum teams for each product, consisting of BE, FE, QA, AQA, BA, SA, and DevOps. There are 5-12 people on each team. At the moment, we have 15+ scrum teams.

Why work with us?

We believe in transparency, innovation, and creativity. Our management structure is flat. You can reach out directly to the board and pitch your ideas. Here we’re not fans of micromanagement. We trust you know what you’re doing and you have space to make mistakes and learn from them.

Your Impact:

Drive a project from initiation to closure within scope, budget, and schedule, or join the existing project

Facilitate team meetings including but not limited to stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, retrospectives
