Senior/ Lead QA Automation Offline

We're looking for Senior Automation QA who can also drive innovation across several teams for our client who provides high-tech solutions for color formulation, color measurement and color matching. They comprise hardware sensors, the corresponding software applications and design services for color application.

Required skills

• University degree in Electronics or Software Engineering (or similar)

• 5+ years of professional experience as AQA;

• At least 1 year of experience as a software project manager/team lead;

• Experience with CI/CD toolsets (JIRA, Jenkins, GitHub) and Cypress;

• Solid experience with agile software development (ideally as a Scrum Master or similar);

• Solid experience with test automation tools;

• Experience in driving innovation across several teams (QA tools, methods, strategies, etc.).

Beneficial:

• Experience with colour science and/or printer technologies

• Development experience with Javascript

Responsibilities:

• Set up a professional testing infrastructure for the automatic testing of web applications dealing with colour science;

• Responsible for technology watch for all innovations in the QA field (tools, processes, methodologies, services);

• Coach, and later lead other QA specialists in multiple teams;

• Program the automated testing scripts for all the tested software;

• Responsible for user acceptance testing before market introduction;

• Collaborate with agile international development teams from Europe and USA;

• Contribute to the life-cycle management of existing solutions
