We are looking for a Senior Full time Engineer Mobile Software development expert

Restrictions: only EU-citizens

EU citizens because of security measurements (no relocation)

Must to have experience with React native or Flutter

Flutter is preferable, monitoring both technologies Flutter or React Native.

Must to have experience with strong development skills with mobile SDK development

We are looking for expert and someone with fintech domain knowledge will be the best fit.

Experience with Fintech is required

Collaborate with product management by providing technical insight and judgment of feature/schedule.

Able to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and timeliness in decision making.

Participate in requirement sessions to help form appropriate requirement stories, utilizing a structured requirements process: gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing changes

Initiate informal reviews of ideas and technical objectives within the engineering department

Able to clearly communicate project status, results, unresolved issues, and other key concerns in a proactive and timely manner.

Define the technical roadmap of the mobile application in collaboration with Product Management and chief technology officer

Develop technical architecture of the mobile application

Accountable for service modeling, implementation and deployment

Significantly influences the design of interfaces between products and services to ensure interoperability

In-depth knowledge of React Native or Flutter

Strong development skills with mobile SDK development

Advanced mobile architecture understanding both on theoretical level experience with enterprise level

Knowledge of mobile application design integration pattern

Deep knowledge of the entire web stack and how each piece impacts the non-functionality of the platform such performance, security, and reliability.

Define Reliability, Availability, Serviceability (RAS) goals for the products

Incorporate RAS in product design

Work with 3rd parties to successfully implement integration with those systems according to APIs

Domain expert in some or all: asynchronous programming, financial protocol, encryptions.

Write codes with very good quality and develop large portion of software independently and rapidly

Perform code reviews

Might technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members, train other team members in the correct use of the services of the company and guide and help more junior Software engineers.

Serve and recognized as a technical expert

Provide aid in Backlog grooming

Knowledge experience of software engineering best practices that minimize technical debt.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Work in an agile environment.
