Sales manager / SDR/ Lead generation manager to $1200 Offline

— Development of tailor-made software solutions with AI.

Now we are looking for an experienced and talented Sales manager/SDR who will develop an effective sales strategy that brings leads and new clients.

The key responsibility is selling company services, so if sales IT services and communication are your key competencies, please read below the detailed description of the person we are looking for.

 

Responsibilities:

— Building and managing sales strategies

— Search for new leads, which become new clients as a result

— Build a lead-generation strategy, analyze its effectiveness and work on the improvements

— Arrange meetings with the leads (leads qualification) and potential clients and present company services

— Expanding into new western markets

— Negotiating contract agreements involving the master agreement sign process

— Active participation in deals closing, discovery phases, etc.

— Look for new projects for the engineers who are on the bench

 

Requirements:

-Location in Poland or EU!

— The key qualities of the person we are looking for are excellent selling and communication skills (English level B2+ or C1).

— Proven experience in selling IT services (outstaffing / outsourcing) for more than 2 years.

— Knowledge of the most common sales tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, CRMs, lead generation tools and services, Trello, HubSpot/Pipedrive, etc.)

— Excellent writing skills (email outreach, cold emails).

— Understanding the commonly used IT technologies, their differences and quick learning of the new ones.

— Experience in successfully closing international IT sales deals.

— Marketing skills, developing inbound sales strategies.

— Building and managing sales teams.
