Head of QA

Requirements:
Extensive experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing methodologies and practices.
Proven experience in establishing, leading and managing QA teams, including resource planning and allocation.
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, KPIs, Quality Assurance processes, and best practices related to quality assurance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management abilities to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experienced with Docker and Kubernetes tech (Be able to create an make image / run container from specific image)
Profound understanding of test framework different layers including the importance and meaning of each one.
Very good verbal and written English level
Great Advantage:
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Six Sigma are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to establish quality goals and standards.
Quality Assurance Process:
Define and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices across the organization.
Establish and maintain quality metrics, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve quality outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
Test Planning and Execution:
Oversee the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Coordinate and prioritize testing activities across multiple projects or product releases.
Review and analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Automation and Tools:
Identify opportunities for test automation and implement suitable frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency.
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in QA automation and recommend their adoption as appropriate.
Compliance and Audits:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality standards.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to quality assurance processes and practices.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their quality requirements and expectations.
Communicate quality-related updates, risks, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders effectively.
