😎 Responsibilities
- Assisting in organizing internal and client project boards (tasks, sprints);
- Supporting the coordination of multiple projects;
- Assisting in defining requirements and coordinating design;
- Helping in planning the budget, controlling scope and deadlines, and distributing the workload among team members;
- Supporting in identifying risks;
- Assisting in generating project documentation;
- Act as a support point for the project team, internal stakeholders, and project client;
- Communicate with the responsible person on the client side under supervision;
- Assist in generating and coordinating improvements to the project with the client;
- Help build effective communication between team members;
- Assisting in setting up and testing features before release;
- Reporting to the Project Manager and client under supervision;
- Regular communication with clients to update project status and current project details under supervision.

💫Required Skills
🦾 Hard skills:
- Some experience or interest in project management;
- Familiarity with project management and web application development methodologies;
- Basic knowledge of project development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, etc.;
- Some experience or familiarity with goal-setting tools (SMART, creative brief, project passport);
- Good communication skills;
- Interest in learning and developing skills in risk analysis, team leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and increasing transparency of project workflow;
- Eagerness to make decisions and willingness to take responsibility for decisions within your area of responsibility based on analysis of all available information;
- Willingness to develop delegation skills: assigning tasks, and supervising their implementation;
- Interest in improving time management skills.

👍 It will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of project development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, etc.;
- Familiarity with ClickUp;
- Basic understanding of Git workflows (branches, code review, merge, etc.);
- English - Intermediate.
