Deep Knowledge Analytics is a leading company in the AI industry, specializing in advanced analytics and data-driven solutions. As an assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team by collecting and organizing data, managing documents, and creating presentations and reports.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Data collection: You will be responsible for gathering and organizing relevant data and documents from various sources. This may involve conducting research, data entry, and maintaining databases.

Preparation of presentations and reports: You will assist in creating visually appealing and informative presentations and reports based on the collected data. This will require proficiency in presentation software and the ability to effectively communicate complex information.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

Fluent with Python (Pandas, libraries for parsing), Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.

Fluent in English: You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages, especially Russian or Ukrainian, would be considered a bonus.

Ability to work autonomously: As this is a remote position, you should be comfortable working independently and have the discipline to manage your time effectively. You will be collaborating with remote teams, so clear and concise communication skills are essential.

Team player with adaptability: Deep Knowledge Analytics operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You should be able to adapt quickly to changes and work effectively with others as part of a team. A proactive and “get stuck in” attitude will be highly valued.

Would be a plus:

Data Visualization: development of Dashboards; building charts using Python or Google Sheets;

Pipeline development: development of pipelines for parsing data from various resources;

Machine Learning: development of intelligent systems for parsing;
