🛠 Tech Stack & How We Work
At NorthGRC, we build our B2B SaaS platform using .NET Core and ASP.NET Core Web API on the backend, React.js with Redux on the frontend, and PostgreSQL as our database. Our automation efforts use Playwright with C#, and everything runs on AWS. We work in a focused, cross-functional team of 8 people, using Slack for daily communication and Jira with Xray to manage tasks and QA efforts. Our workflow includes daily stand-ups to stay aligned, and we hold regular Open Office sessions where anyone can drop in to ask questions, share feedback, or solve blockers together. It's a collaborative setup with a healthy mix of structured process and informal support.
