The project is revolutionize hospitality management for boutique lodges and hotels. Our all-in-one system integrates reservations, property management, CRM, and finances. Cloud-based and accessible offline, it empowers remote establishments to streamline operations and connect with Tour Operators, Agents, and OTAs

Salary rate: 3000-4000 USD

🔸 Your responsibilities will include:

-Gather and manage client requirements, spanning from high-level vision to detailed functional/non-functional aspects.

-Analyze and validate stakeholder feature requests, collaborating closely with the product owner.

-Manage project scope and backlog in coordination with the Project Manager.

-Lead and coordinate BA meetings for tasks such as grooming, planning, and demos.

-Provide end-to-end support for product development, from project inception to post-launch maintenance.

-Maintain up-to-date solution requirements documentation and project Wiki.

- Lead the elicitation process and discovery phases as a BA for new projects.

🎯 Main expectation:

-4+ Years BA Experience

-Upper-Intermediate English

-Industry Knowledge (B2B and B2C)

-Property Management System Familiarity

-Rental and Air Project Experience

-Agile/Scrum Methodology Skills

-Documentation Expertise (Solution Requirements, User Stories, Use Cases)

-Modeling Skills (BPMN, ERD, etc.)
