QA Engineer Offline

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team!

Our client is a world-known company, providing audit, consulting, and financial advisory services in the US and global markets.

The product we develop is an enterprise-level ecosystem that provides services for pre-audit planning, acceptance and prolongation processes.

We are a bunch of friendly and easy-going people who enjoy working in an informal and laid-back atmosphere.

We follow Agile principles and are organized in Scrum Teams across the development lifecycle. Our team consists of a Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers, QA Engineers, and Designers (about 25 people). Each team member has a clearly outlined area of responsibility, which makes teamwork more comfortable and effective.

Requirements:

1+ years of testing (preferably web applications and at least 2 different projects);

Firm understanding of QA methodologies;

Experience in test document creation (test cases, check-lists);

Understanding of various browsers capabilities and limitations;

Working knowledge of SQL;

Experience with API testing;

Excellent communication skills, analytical and troubleshooting abilities;

Upper-Intermediate level of spoken English;

Experience with at least 1 task tracking tool (preferable TFS or Jira);

Understanding of Agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of enterprise .NET applications with multiple web user interfaces;

Develop test cases, test scripts and acceptance criteria to ensure adequate test coverage;

Report bugs and discrepancies discovered to developers;

Ensure that the data in the testing database is accurate.
