Product Owner (Payment Processing) Offline

Responsibilities:

— Development of the payment processing PSP ecosystem, including fiat, cryptocurrency, and multicurrency capabilities.

— Continuous enhancement of the product by adding new payment methods and services.

— Managing the company’s product throughout all stages of the operational cycle.

— Collaborating with stakeholders and partners to drive product development.

— Launching new transactional products in the European and Latin American (LATAM) markets.

— Creating plans and budgets for new products and modifications to existing ones.

— Participating in projects that impact product performance.

— Involvement in the software development life cycle (SDLC) process.

— Analyzing product effectiveness and identifying change needs.

— Cross-functional collaboration with design and technical teams to ensure timely and quality releases.

— Cooperating with the business to position the product effectively.

— Researching the market and user needs to discover new enhancement opportunities.

Requirements:

— Minimum of 3 years of experience in paytech/fintech sectors.

— English language proficiency at or above the Upper-Intermediate level.

— Understanding of card acquiring logic.

— Understanding of APM in the LATAM segment would be a significant advantage.

— Knowledge of transactional market needs.

— Negotiation skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships.

— Prioritization skills throughout all development stages.

— Effective problem identification and resolution.

— Strong interpersonal communication skills necessary for team leadership.
