Junior/Senior Designer Offline

Looking for a designer for a small company.

The work may include:

- Flyer design (including newspaper advertisements)

- Web design

- Logo design

- Banners design

- Magnets design

- Business card design

- Finding and editing pictures

- Many more tasks.

The job is at the moment part-time. The amount of hours changes each month. Hopefully, it will grow enough to be a full-time position one day.

We have a great designer, but she needs someone to back her up when it is needed.

You will work with me directly, not with the main designer mostly (there maybe exceptions).

The payment part goes by the number of hours we work that month. For example, if that month we had 180 hours and we worked only 90 then the payment will be $175 (50% of $350).
