Junior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter
We are looking for a motivated, proactive and creative Junior Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and securing the best talent for our growing organization.
Requirements:
- 2+ experience in a Researcher/Sourcer position in IT Recruiting;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and engagement is a must;
- Excellent communication and organization skills;
- Ability to work in a multitasking and have adaptation skills;
- Goal oriented approach complemented by self-management capabilities;
- Ability to find a specialist with the appropriate requirements/mindset;
- Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be a plus;
- Familiarity with the Ukrainian and EU talent markets will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates in LinkedIn, Djinni, other job-search platforms;
- Leverage LinkedIn features and tools for effective candidate sourcing;
- Screening CV`s and select the most fitting candidates based on our criteria;
- Scheduling and conducting interviews;
- Conduct pre-screening activities to assess candidate suitability before formal and technical interviews.
